ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.

Promote optimal health for individuals though routine, preventive, and emergency health care and clinical services.
Ensure that work environments are safe, secure and where individuals are free from harm.
Schedule and facilitate career plan meetings with various team members associated with the individuals at the LES Programs.
Draft and distribute career plan reports to appropriate team members.
Track and complete career plan updates as needed.
Assist with follow through of action steps that are generated from career plans.
Work with job development staff on what types of trainings are needed to help improve marketability of individuals.
Work with Community Resource Specialist on curriculum for career & training development.
Help implement Positive Behavioral Supports (PBS) at employment programs.
Encourage regular communication with and between staff of all LES programs.
Maintain effective communication with DDS residential providers and families regarding activities and supported employment placements.
Conduct him/herself with the understanding that they are a representative of LES and carry the reputation of the agency with them during their interactions with others.
Implement Quality Enhancement standards within the program.
Other duties and/or assignments to work/program locations based on the needs of the company.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This job has no supervisory responsibilities of other staff.
QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university and one to two years related experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
REASONING ABILITY Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
VEHICLE/TRAVEL Requires a legally insured and inspected automobile for use to be present at work and available for use during working hours.
If the program has an agency vehicle, staff are expected to drive it as needed.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS Valid and current driver's license from the state of residency, CPR, First Aid and Medication Administration certifications.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
